"I did not, could not and would not have committed this crime," O.J. Simpson told the court outside the presence of the jury. Despite objections from prosecutor Marcia Clark, Judge Ito asked Simpson to make a routine wavier of his right to testify. Later, Judge Ito gave instructions to the Jury.
